  • What bag do I put the clothes in?
You can donate your clothing in any bag, we do not have official Angel Trust bags for our clothing collections.
  • What happens to the clothing I donate?
We receive a very good price for the clothing from our buyers. All of the money raised from these clothing collections will be used to generate food for Bishop Auckland Food Bank, our food bank working with The Trussell Trust, located within Angel Trust.
  • Do you collect in cars?
We always collect in Angel Trust branded vans, marked with our logo.
  • Do you collect other items?
We accept clothing, towels, household linens, shoes, belts, and handbags. We also accept mobile phones and used inkjet cartridges but please donate these in a separate bag. Please get in touch if you are unsure whether or not we accept a certain item.
  • How do I identify your collection team?
The person collecting your clothing donation should be wearing Angel Trust branded workwear, or wearing/carrying an Angel Trust lanyard.
